CFPR & Wellness Service Protocol:

Late Arrivals: We regret that a late arrival will not receive an extension of scheduled service times, and will be responsible for the full service fee.

Reservations: Wellness Services are available on a daily basis. However, we recommend calling as far in advance as possible to ensure that your preferred appointment times are available. A credit card or gift certificate serial number is required to make a reservation for all our services.

Spa Information:We suggest that you arrive 15 min. before your appointment. A spa robe & slippers are available with package services.

Jewelry:We suggest that you arrange care for your valuables prior to your visit with us.

Guest Cancellation/Rescheduling:We request the courtesy of a 24- hour cancellation or rescheduling notice. Cancellations of less than 24 hours and no shows will be charged the full fee value for each service reservation. Note: The Center confirms all appointments via telephone the day before the scheduled appointment. It is important to confirm your appointment. Unconfirmed appointments will be removed from the appointment book.

Children: Unattended children are not permitted in the service area or treatment rooms. Please arrange for childcare prior to visit.

Gift Certificates:The Center for Pain Relief & Wellness is not responsible for lost Gift Certificates. Gift Certificates must be presented when services are rendered. Gift certificates are non-refundable. Gift certificates have twelve month expiration. The Center is not responsible for expired gift certificates and we encourage all our clients to use them as soon as possible. No Exceptions will be made to our gift certificate policies.

Cell Phones and Pagers:We ask that all pagers and cell phones are turned off before entering the building to insure total relaxation for you, as well as other clients here visiting us.

Gratuities
Spa treatments do not include gratuities. In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities ranging from 10 -20% may be given to the staff at your discretion. You may leave a cash tip with your therapist or technician at the end of your session. Gratuities may not be paid with gift certificates or credit cards.
